Digital transformation has become a key factor in enhancing the competitiveness of tourist destinations. This study aims to analyze the development and implementation process of a web-based information system in Simarasok Tourism Village to support digital transformation. A qualitative case study approach was employed, collecting data through in-depth interviews with village tourism managers, tourists, and system developers. The results show that the development of the web-based information system has successfully increased the visibility of Simarasok Tourism Village, facilitated access to information for tourists, and improved the efficiency of destination management. The developed information system includes features such as village profiles, tourist attraction information, online booking of accommodation and tour packages, and discussion forums. However, this study also identifies some challenges in the implementation of the system, such as limitations in information technology infrastructure and a lack of competent human resources. This study provides a significant contribution to the development of digital transformation models for rural tourism in Indonesia
