Artificial Intelligence has been a rising game changer and a true difference maker with the potential to re-conceptualize the borders of modern civilization. Currently, AI has revolutionized approximately every industry and segment of the society from enhancing efficiency in mundane activities, streamlining repetitive tasks to enabling machines to learn from experiences. No doubt, artificial intelligence is the motive force behind driving a new era of modernization and innovation. From the national security standpoint, AI is redefining military man oeuvre and covert operations, in the meantime, in urban development and management, it improves governance, increase resource productivity and utilization and enhance standards of life. Hence, this paper provides a comprehensive analyses of the utilization, application and insinuation of artificial intelligence underlining in what ways technology fosters progressive and substantive innovations, what strategies implied of their online engagement and critically address the multifaceted challenges that follow the rampant usage of technologies including the ethical dilemmas regarding privacy, transparency and accountability concerns and question to legitimate obligations and responsibilities. Lastly, this paper also offers a few policy recommendations that helps in contribution to inclusive growth, sustainability, and understanding and responsible governance
